Hi, I just bought a new computer and I installed lumion, distattivando the license of my old pc and reactivating it on my new computer but I had a big problem.

software works correctly and is very fluid, but when I try to import 3D models using the import button on the left side of the crash program immediately without even afford to select the file to import.

how can I fix this?
